18 U.S.C. 2257

The AI Porn Guide is a review and link directory. It does not produce, film, or host visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct by real people, and it does not hold performer records.

Listed companies are responsible for their own compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and with the laws of their own countries, where those statutes apply to their content.

Fictional AI characters are not records of identified performers. That does not make a sexual image of a real person, or of a minor, acceptable. Both are outside what this site will promote.
